Wrong Time & date

Its always a problem of my Fitbit surge. Ran yesterday i was not able to track my exercise. The tracker doesnt work after a restart i cant sync my tracker. If it doesnt work i will throw my fitbit.

Hi @Dailygrace it's very to see new faces around. Smiley LOL Sounds pretty bad the issue that you are having with your Fitbit Surge, but don't worry, let me give you a hand on this. First of all, please confirm you did a correct restart of your tracker, then I'll ask you to follow these instruction to sync your Fitbit Surge with your iPhone. In addition, I would like you to make sure that your iOS is updated to the latest version as well as the Fitbit app.
