Wrong time and date

Help me my surge is showing wrong time and date and my app is unable to find it, I haven't used it for a month so charged it and it says 02 Feb please help guys xx

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Shazamania. It's great to have you here. Please set up your Surge as a replacement device. This should resolve the syncing and time issue. If you are still unable to sync, please follow the basic troubleshooting steps. Hope this helps.
