Wrong time

Hi. The time is wrong on my surge.

So far I have synced, updated time zone, reconnected blue tooth and restarted my phone.

Just to check: if you updated your timezone, did you sync after that to copy the change to the Surge?

 

If you did then it might be worth trying a restart. This does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues:
