I'm about to start on my third Surge in a year and a half because of band failure. Is there anyone out there that has had a Surge and used it daily that has had a long term success with their Surge. I sure wish that FItBit would come up with some improvement as this seems to be a real common problem.
If you have had your Surge for a reasonable ammount of time, I'd like to hear about it

@art435 @kayakermanmike @Chris1963 @SunsetRunner I hope you're doing well! Mine is still perfect and have had it for 13 months. Have you checked the new Fitbit trackers that were announced today? Both Charge 2 and Flex 2 have interchangeable bands to prevent any issues. They also include some other cool new features, feel free to check them out, maybe you can give them a chance.
@Rich_Laue @WendyB I'm really glad to hear that your Surge is still working perfectly! ![]()
Hope this helps. See you around!
