hi, recently my surge having some battery issue, that once I connected with the charging cable it will show fully charged but once I unplugged it, the battery only can last not more than 30mins...may I know how can I get it fixed with fitbit support?

This is an old tracker and the battery may be on it's way out. There are no repair options and it is out of warranty. Also, it has been out of production for well over 2 years so there are no replacements.
