Seeing as chat never works, I am hoping someone here can help. Just got a new surge due to the old one malfunctioning after less than a year. Completed all programing and linking and on my first run, I discovered that the select button doesn't' work. I can't change settings, restart my surge or select free run. Has anyone else had this issue? It connects fine and reads my steps but no options.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thanks, I had read thru some topics prior to posting.
Have already attempted both of these. The surge is less than 2 days old and I used a toothpick and canned air.
The restart doesn't work as the select button isn't registering and that button is required for restart.
