closck display does not change after multiple syncing

I have done all the steps as indicated on multiple posts to change the clock display on my surge. Multiple syncs. Does not change.

Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps.

@alexr16 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Go to your settings on the online dashboard, then go to "devices", scroll down to "clock display" and select the one you want. Then scroll down and click "save", then sync your tracker.
