I am unable to setup my new Surger. I go through Setup New Device on app and I select Surge and Setup device. Error 403 keeps popping up.
I've rebooted my phone and still doesn't work. For the most expensive Fitbit, was hoping for better!

Welcome aboard @MommaYomma, I've seen your post about the error you were having and I'm wonder if you are still getting the error so far? I'm pretty sure by now you were able to sync your tracker, but I just want to follow up with you and know if everything is fine.
