exercise settings issue

New surge to replace old one with bubbled strap. can not get into settings on phone or web properly to adapt exercise settings...Any ideas???

For the phone I would shut it down for a minute then go back in and try again.

 

For computer Clear your cache

Are you getting an error of some sort? Because I am not having a problem on either seeing it
