I watched the video on Fitbit Surge Screen Replacement on iFixit.  Had some questions.  1. Would it work to remove the original bands instead of cutting them off? (replacement bands are available).   2.  Where would you buy a replacement lcd screen for the Fitbit Surge?

You need to ask these questions to the person who did the Video. Its not a fitbit video
