fitbit surge wristband broken

Hi!

I got my fitbit surge in Jan 2016 and wristband strap is coming out second time. One time it got replace by Fitbit in September 2016 and now again after 9 month it got broke. I am using it on a daily basis but now it look weird to wear it, as strap is coming out from the face of the watch.

Please suggest what can I do? Is it possible to replace it? It may be out of warranty now.

You have a standard 2 year warranty from Fitbit. Mine was breaking where the screws are, I think its a design flaw. Contact them and im sure they will be more then happy to replace. Good Luck
