My Surge screen went blank and I tried several times to troubleshoot by turning it back on and it's still not working. I reached out to the fitbit customer representative and they told me that my fitbit is no longer under the warranty and they can only offer me 25% coupon towards a new fitbit tracker. My first reaction was WTF?! With the amount of money I paid on my Surge and that's all they can offer me? Then a representative told me that she forwarded my case to their warranty department and they will send me an email as soon as possible. This was Saturday (June 03), and it's now June 6 (Tuesday) and I still haven't received an email from fitbit. What type of customer service do they have?
