Hello, I am a fitbit user in China. Recently, I found that my running route on Fitbit map was different from the route I actually ran on. See the picture below. Fitbit map showed my route in red, but actual route was in blue. Could someone help me on this issue?

I think that issue probably has something do with your signal strength. That's all I can tell. Need official answers.

I am having the same issue. I did free run for the first time today and ran to the 24 hour fitness. The map shows I ran to the Walmart plaza on the opposite side. Is it a temporary issue or do I have a bad Fitbit surge? I love the smart track for basketball.

Same issue here in 2020..   Should be UP and to the RIGHT a bit.   About 500m away.
