my new surge wont sync

Hello, 

 

I instaled fitbit app with no problem, created account, synced my phone with my watch via bluetooth. Evrything went smooth till i started my fitbit app and opened device tab. Then i clicked on this + button to add my surge device. And when i click on it it just say go to fitbit.com/setup... when i go there it just sends me back to instaling app on my phone. Never ending circle ... Help videos aint helping at all becouse there is no quide what to set on www.fitbit.com/setup neither what to do after you set something i cannot. So i would be realy glad if someone could help me. I am stuck becouse my bluetooth is conected to watches but app is not finding my device and its constantly sending me to web page ...
