new surge set up

Surge won't update, can't sinc without update, surge won't reset....I guess that about sums it up.

It's great to see you here @fitmoon. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting the Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions and after the restart process, do the setup procedure from a computer. If the tracker don't want to paired, feel free to contact our support team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
