I was sent a new surge as the wristband broke on my original one....I have set it all up and all is working except when i swipe to exercise a message comes up on screen "No shortcuts setup on mobile or web" and it won't let me then swipe onto my exercise that I'm about to do e.g. run, weights, workout etc. These are listed in my exercise shortcuts on my phone app so I'm not sure if I should remove them?? Any answers appreciated!!

Hi, @Rozzzz, I would suggest going to your app and edit your shortcuts to remove them all and then sync your Surge. Next add back in the ones you want to use and sync again. Hopefully that will sort it out.

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Rozzzz, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community. Sorry for the inconvenience with your Surge, what @Julia_G suggested is a good way to help you little buddy to have the Shortcuts back. You can also try the restart in case that you need to.
