Surge Sensor heats up

Owned Surge for 2 yrs now.  Started to feel the sensor warmer than usual. Also, doesn't hold a charge as expected. Anyone else experience this issue?

This behavior is not normal, so please stop wearing it for a while until you get more information from our team, they will be more than glad to help you out with this. You can reach them via email too, or if you prefer you can chat or calling them at:
