we were on vacation across the country. My surge did not change time when we went through the last time zone when we crossed it. The watch is now an hour off (ahead of our home time zone). I have synced the watch but the time doesn't change. I have turned the watch on and off with no luck in changing the time. Can anyone help?

Change Time
On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to a different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again
Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above
