hi all hope you can help me out, i see that i do a lot of cardio, i know that you do need to do some cardio, what i like is to burn fat, is there a way that i can add fat burning to the daily workout on to the (steps floors miles cals minutes)

Hey @lucy101! Hope you’re enjoying the forums. I'll do my best to help you out with this question.
I understand where you're coming from but an specif option to enter burn fat is not available, since what your Fitbit does is to read your heart rate information while working out; and once your tracker detects you're in the Fat Burn Zone (which means your heart rate is 50 to 69% of maximum), it'll show that you've been in the Fat Burn Zone. It’s called the fat burn zone because a higher percentage of calories are burned from fat, but the total calorie burn rate is lower.
You can learn more about how HR works here in this article. Also you might be interested on this post that show how you read the intensity levels of the calories you burn.
