still waiting for support answer

Had the surge for less than a year, used it fairly regularly and in accordance with the instructions but the strap is coming away from the face and has a large air bubble on the other side. Is this a common fault with the surge or have I got a faulty one.... seems poor quality and not very durable considering it's a sports watch
