surge battery draining and display in app issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got the Surge last February (2017) and for the past couple of months, I have noticed battery drain issues. I went through and configured all setting mentioned in the forums.

Earlier I could use Surge for at least 2-3 days before needing to charge. Now it won't last 45 mins.

The other problem that I have is - In the fitbit app (iOS), my exercise syncs but the battery shows "Full" when in the device it shows almost empty.

I would like to know whether anyone have any thoughts on the issues.

Also I  would like to know whether I will be able to get a device replacement.

Any help is appreciated

Thanks
