surge battery

I bought a Surge in June 2016.  I wear it at all times, except during bathing.  The device is tracked to monitor my walks (half-hour each morning and evening) and one hour gym workout.  The device used to last me about 3 days, but since the last one month, i need to charge it everyday.  The last 2 days, i've charged it twice a day. 

 

I have tried all the usual stuff, but to no avail.  have also sent 2 emails, but somehow there is no confirmatory reply either!

 

 

Please help!  The surge has been excellent for me, but the last one month spoils the fun!

It's great to see you around @kroy_09. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your Surge is not holding a charge, I recommend following the tips provided in the Surge, battery draining post. If after these steps you keep having problems, feel free to get in touch with our support team one more time but this time do it via phone or chat.
