surge connecting

Hello guys i have a fitbit surge and it used to work fine when I connect it via Bluetooth to my phone while the phone is connected to the earphones, but now it keeps on showing me "connecting" but then it doesn't connect. 

Any help?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
