surge inability to sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

have had my surge for 18 months.  have always had problems syncing.  Sometimes have to restart Surge and try again, other times just have to wait a few hours and it magically syncs.  Contacted support and was told out of warranty and they cannot fix it, would I like to buy another one.  Um NO I do not wish to spend another $250 on a product that cannot be fixed and is considered disposable after 18 months.

Also having problems with condensation from sweat in screen and screen not swiping

From the Fitbit article: I washed my tracker

Place your tracker into a bowl of dry rice for 24 hours. This will extract any moisture that remains inside the device.

After your tracker has been in rice for 24 hours, attempt to restart your tracker.

Optionally check out the Fitbit Article regarding not being able to sync the tracker.

I have give up! My surge has not been able to sync sunce 7/4/16. It will not record food eaten or exercise performed.
I have done EVERYTHING that ANYONE has told me to do. It is still the same.
I also called customer service. After trying to help me get it working. Basically doing all the the things I had done before, they suggested that I may want to buy by a new one!!
This used to be a great product, I was totally hooked.
