surge not charging

Hi,

I got a replacement Surge in September as the strap started to bubble and come away from the face of the watch. My replacement will now not go on and the strap has also started to come away from the face. I have tried charging it for 2 hours and there is no vibration when it it connects to the charger like it used to.

Has anyoe else had this problem?

Thanks 🙂

Welcome to the Community @npat. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Surge? If you do, I recommend following @MeylinP's instructions and restart your tracker one more time. About the battery, please be sure of the following:

  • Dust and debris can accumulate over time and prevent a charge. Clean the charging contacts.
  • If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your tracker to the charging cable.

If you have verified this and keep having issues, feel free to contact our support team, for a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Wink
