surge not getting charged

I have plugged my surge after I received this morning for last 3 hrs. Still nothing is happening. Its showing 'lets get started' configuring etc one by one

Welcome to the our Community @tanweersurge!  It seems you need to complete the setup process. The first that you need to do is a good restart. Since I noticed that you're writting from a Android device you'll need to do the following: 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Tap the + icon in the top right corner.
  4. If you're replacing a tracker, tap the tracker you want to replace. If you're setting up a new tracker, tap Add a new Device.
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

When I plug in, I get the shake feeling in surge and then its status quo
