Hi. I just bought this yesterday and on both my phone and laptop when I search for the surge on my Bluetooth it is not found. I have reinstalled the app.

Hi, @stormrider, you need to do the full set up through the app, not directly through your Bluetooth settings.
Once it is all set up you should be able to see it when you check your BT settings.

Thanks. I'll try this again. When setting up the surge though it says it can't find as It needs an update to work.
