Hi, ive got a fitbit surge that I got a few months ago. I set it up fine, now ive come to finally use it it wont go past the fitbit logo. have tried resetting numerous times but still no luck. any ideas would be greatly appreciated?? thanks

Sorry about Surge! Thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you already tried! I'd suggest trying the restart a couple of more times, while the Surge is plugged in into the computer. Then try to connect it back to your Fitbit Account, some times you get better results connecting with the computer. Which device are you using?
Other users have reported better results when using a computer!

Was it set up once before and then put away? As not charging can ruin the battery
