Anyone else having trouble syncing? Every mo the or so when I try to sync I get the response see that the tracker is not found. Everything shows up that the device is showing up on the Bluetooth through my phone. Frustrating to not be able to track workouts and runs for training and to keep a record of things. I last spoke with customer service last month and waiting to hear back. My surge is only a few months old.
