I keep getting this error message "Error Request Failed: internal server error (500)"

I have tried restarting my phone, restarting the fit-bit surge, deleting the app, installing on the computer and connecting that way. I had it connect to an old fit-bit account that got deleted today its email was alicia_******@att.net. I am trying to connect it to my new account email which is alicia_******@yahoo.com.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Awesome troubleshooting

 

Make sure the latest fitbit app version is installed.

 

Which operating system does your phone use? iOS, Android, Windows?

I did, i also made sure that my iphone was update to date. I tried it from both my iphone 6 and my windows 10 computer and neither worked.
