I have two separate accounts for the same surge (changed laptops and set it up with different email) but need to combine them together to have continuity, is there a way to do it?

There is no way to combine them. I'm sorry. You could manually add the steps in one account but it will not go towards badges.

@MickJ You might want to contact fitbit and ask them, but I agree with@WendyB I don't think they are setup to combine.
