I have a Fitbit Surge and when I try to update my tracker I get the above message... added to that because the system is busy. 4 days busy now.
Please help!

I would appreciate if you try the following steps to make your Fitbit Surge update properly. It's best if you try with a computer using this program, since your Fitbit is having a hard time connecting:
