That sounds strange... I would say, try to delete the app and download it again. Once you've downloaded it, log in with your same email address and password and see if you can get your tracker to sync. If it doesn't sync, try to set up your tracker as a new device by going to the account section and selecting "Set up a new device" and just follow the on-screen instructions and see if this makes any difference.
