I been using this surge for less than a year. It has been giving me quite a lot of problems.
1) cannot sync with my note 5. Gived up.
2) Change to usb sync with my comp. Good for 3 months. After that, same problem accurred.
3) Surge take a long time to start up. it been 15min now, it still at starup screen.
4) cannot set up as new device. Passcode does not appear on surge.
I've been wondering, is it a beta product ?
Waste of money to get another one, doubt i will get blaze since the product is not stable.

@BloodOnWall It's great to see you in the Community! So sorry to hear that your Surge is not syncing with your computer or your Note 5 and the screen takes a long time to turn on. I'm pretty confident that these issues can be resolved by restarting your tracker. Follow the steps that are listed in Meylin's post. Once this has been done, test your Surge's behavior for the next 24 hours and try syncing as a new device again.

@BloodOnWall Thanks for keeping me updated! Since your tracker is still unresponsive, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get this issue sorted out for you.
