where can i send my fitbit surge for repair?

The battery started to lose its ability to hold a charge, then the bluetooth started to fail (not all the time, but most of the time it wouldn't sync.. now - about 3 weeks after the bluetooth began to fail. the entire watch has failed. No lights, no display on the face - except once in a blue moon .. it seemed to work for about 2 days and then died again..

I loved my surge, it is only 2 years and 4months old. I cant justify buying a new one - especially if they die after 2 years and cant be repaired..

Thanks in advance.. (im wearing my old timex explorer... 10years old - to which i have had to replace watchbands.. of which my surge has a mostly dead band also.)

I'm sorry but they are not repairable. It would be nice if they were

Truly disappointing.. i wish we had NEVER WASTED $250 purchasing a product that is so failure prone and poorly supported. I will make a note to start a face book campaign to alert anyone who is thinking of buying your product to not waste their money.

This watch may be my worst buying decision ever made.. and im 59.. so that is a lot of purchases.

All the worst to your company for building such a failure prone product.

Hmmm, I'm not understanding your vitriol; I am a bit older than you and also bought a new Surge in the spring of 2015 and am needing a new one now.  In my case, I consider this type of wearable as a consumable device like a phone; once it is done, I toss it and buy a newer/higher tech version.

Come October I'll be sporting a new Fitbit Ionic on my wrist.

I read in the warranty that you can get it your watch service, it didn't say where. Have you tried to contact Fitbit for help.

I had a surge and it stopped syncing after about 7-8 months, I left it in my draw for a couple of more months and then decided to reach out to fitbit who happily sent me a new one free of charge.

Contact them and ask about servicing the watch.

Speaking the truth.. I really just thought I would get help on an expensive product I purchased and ended up getting anything but help. I expected to get help in this fourm and instead get told that there is nothing in the way of help and just go out and spend more money. dude you are what I was accused of being. and the great dr is no better. it was kind of like listening to Donald trump. childish insults.

Every response just shows me that I should never have asked for help to fix a product that I thought would last for years. (not knowing the plural included 2) enjoy your disposable world.

@roblem, so what would you have your fellow members on this board do, lie to you and tell you there's a way to do what you want to do when there really isn't?
