Hi, @fraser1963, you can see a list of gps tracked activities by going into your activity log. You cannot see a specific list of gps activities per se.
It is a little unusual for someone who has stolen your Surge to be able to sync to your account. More usually a thief will set up their own account with a new email address and your Surge would simply disappear from your account.
If a stolen Fitbit's activities are still showing up on your account that means that the thief has not set up their own account, so cannot fully use your Fitbit, and also must either have access to your email account and password or be using an old Fitbit sync dongle.
Syncing someone else's Fitbit to that someone's account without access to email and password can otherwise only be done via the sync dongle. It seems unlikely that a thief with enough Fitbit knowledge and experience to have a sync dongle would simply set up the Surge on their own account and not continue to sync to yours.
Without further information I would say something very odd is going on! How long has this been happening for? If it is only a short time, maybe your Fitbit is actually in your car or your bag with the gps still on! (though battery would run out after about a max of 10 hours). Just a thought...

hi
its been going on for about 6 months. i am in a different country from where the fitbit is so yes very odd, but i got gps tracked activity and i get the daily amount of steps. how very very weird.
Yes its a bit odd. its been going on for about 6 months. i thought i had well and truly lost it, until one day
i logged on to my account. GPS runs and daily steps all logged. Even to-days. I now know where it is, but as that is saudi and i'm in uk its a bit difficult to turn up and ask for it. lol
i've contacted local management and a track of gps movements would help them narrow it down and perhaps locate.
very odd indeed

Really odd. How do you know what country the Fitbit is in? From GPS maps?
If the person does not have access to your email address and password, they must be syncing via Fitbit Connect and sync dongle. The sync dongle will sync ANY nearby Fitbit, but only to the account owner -- another user cannot get access to it, so it is hard to know what good it is to the thief or why they are bothering to sync.
I think you might want to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com to go into this a little more deeply.
It would be very interesting to know what you find out, so please keep us posted.

May I ask what country where you in when your tracker was stolen?
If you where not in the country that the tracker is now in, do you know someone that did visit or move to that country since the tracker disappeared?
Have you check the list of your friends, has anyone been added that you are not aware of?
@fraser1963 is this tracker connected to the account that you are posting from?
