workouts not syncing correctly

When I sync you workouts to my fitbit surge, I notice the entries are double logged and they are not for the time of my actual workouts. The logged time is adding minutes. Am I doing something wrong? I already disabled the automatic recognize walk and run feature...

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @fitresearcher! Hope you are doing great! 😄 Regarding your doubled workouts, this may have an easy fix. You need to force quit and reboot your phone. Also, please check that you have the latest app version installed.

I hope this gets you back on track, keep me posted with the outcome! 😉

I tried to reboot my phone and my watch. Neither worked. I also checked and I do have the lasted version of fitbit installed... As of last night it is still double logging my workouts and adding time to them. I did 1 hr on the treadmill and it logged 2:57:22 at 553 calories. I also did 2 other workouts, but it only added seconds to those double entries.

Thanks for the update @fitresearcher! This sounds really weird. If this is happening and you have the latest app version installed, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit application. If this doesn't help please contact Support. I'm sure that they can check in the system what is going on with your tracker.

Good luck and keep me posted with the outcome! 🙂
