What’s new on Fitbit – Status indicators, security updates and more!

Hey Fitbit Community,

We’re pleased to announce that the new status indicator feature is now available in our latest firmware release 214.24 for Fitbit devices. This update also includes bug fixes and improvements. Read on to learn more about what’s coming.

Charge 6, Inspire 3, Sense 2, & Versa 4

Status indicators are now available. When you turn on your device’s screen, icons at the top of the clock face appear and display settings, such as if “Do Not Disturb” mode is turned on.  Learn more about these indicators when you visit the article How do I navigate my Fitbit device?.

More updates with Charge 6 and Inspire 3

Reconnect your device when prompted in the Fitbit app to take advantage of the new Bluetooth security features. For more information about security updates, visit the help article How do I update my Fitbit device?.
