Achievemint said there was a problem syncing with Fitbit & I should reconnect, but the link to reconnect just brought up an error screen. So I disconnected it from Achievemint side, but now the "connect" link also gives me an error message. Now I don't see it in Fitbit's list of third-party apps... What's going on?

Hi there @jjbarfly. I'm glad to see you in the Community! 🙂

I'd suggest making sure to unlink your Achievemint account from Fitbit. For that, you will only need to go to your Profile settings by clicking on the gear icon at the top right corner of your dashboard and then on the left column, click on Applications. Here look for Achievemint and click on the button that says "Revoke access" and once you've done that, go to Achievemint to link it to your Fitbit account again.

The button should look something like this:

Hope this helps and if you need more help, let me know!

For lifetime step achievements, do they reset every time  you get a new device or is it cumulative?  My life time says I only have 190k steps however I've had multiple devices.  Thank you.

It's great to see new faces in the Community! Welcome aboard @cetus74 🙂

Lifetime achievements are cumulative, so it doesn't matter how many devices you ever pair to your account, you will never lose those badges.

Any other question you may have, let me know. I'll be happy to help! 🙂

I have lost badges.  I've had my Fitbit account since Jan 2014.  I had the Great Barrier Reef, India and a couple others with long distances.  I average 50k+ steps we week and if you take that for 2 years, that is a total of approx. 5 million steps.  My account says I only have 190k.  Maybe it shouldn't matter, but 5 million steps is a big deal.  My husband has had several Fitbits as well and his lifetime steps is 2 million; this is where my confusion is.  Please let me know who I need to contact.  I really would like to get this fixed.
