Hi,

 

Since doing the firmware update my activities are no longer syncing to Runkeeper. Everything else syncs to Runkeeper just not my activities. I've had no problem in the past with activities syncing.

 

I’ve already tried revoking the permission and reconnecting to Runkeeper but my activities still fail to sync.

Hello @Trail_Runner thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

 

Seems odd that your activities are not syncing with your Runkeeper account, thanks for trying the revoking process prior to posting. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time this was experienced and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:

 

  1. Revoke Runkeeper access again
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app
  3. Uninstall the app from your mobile device
  4. Make sure that the operating system of your mobile device is up to date
  5. Reboot your mobile device
  6. Reinstall the Fitbit app
  7. Try again

Hi @RicardoFitbit , there are several other topics here on the board describing the same issue. The problem with syncing activities to Runkeeper started after installing the latest (android) app update (july 23rd iirc).

 

So this is not an isolated issue for one user, and none of the suggested actions resolve the issue. The problem must be with this latest app update.

Hi @RicardoFitbit,

 

The activities stopped syncing the day after I updated the firmware for my Charge 2 (July 29th). I’m using an iPhone 6S and it has the latest iOS (12.4). 

 

I’ve again tried the steps you mentioned and the activities still are not syncing. 

 

I’m in agreement with @Cryptonomicon that the problem is a result of the latest firmware.

Even i have the same issue starting July 30 onwards after I updated my Fitbit.

 

using charge 3, iPhone XS Max.

 

IOS is latest as well as both the apps.

 

Did the revole/grant access bot nothing.

Ditto the other users, no activities in Runkeeper since the 31st or 1st. Ionic and Google Pixel 3.
