@Tjscriv Welcome to the Community! Since you're using MapMyRun and MyFitnessPal, you will need to just use this to log activities instead of using Fitbit and MMR or MFP. As you mentioned MMR syncs through MFP so when you're going to do an extra activity such as yard work the best thing is to use the third party app instead of your tracker because that data will sync to Fitbit.
By using the apps in that way, you won't get double information.
