I'm confused about how Fitbit works with Lose It!.
From what I understand I'm supposed to log food on Lose It! and exercises on Fitbit. So if do a specific activity (I push the stopwatch button on my Fitbit One) it shows up under my activity record.
Am I supposed to then specifically log it as an activity like Walk? That's what I did today but then I have two lines for the same activity. And the exercise isn't showing up in Lose It!.
Date Activity Steps Distance Duration Calories
Today, 8:02AM | Walk | 2,507 | 1.03 miles | 27:00 | 174 cals | |
Today, 8:02AM | Activity record | 2,479 | 1.03 miles | 27:00 | 174 cals |
The bottom line is what automaticall shows up. The top line is me entering what I did as a specific activity. Interesting that it gave me 37 extra steps that I didn't walk.
How do I get this to show up in Lose It? Or do I just go over there and enter the above data like I have been? I don't want to have doubled up exercises.

Wanted to add, the reason why I need the exercises to show up in Lose It! is because of the minutes that apply to several Lose It! challenges I am in.
In that case, I'm wondering if I don't log the activity in Fitbit but log it in Lose It! and delete the activity from Fitbit so it's not double recording.
Very confusing....

I have the same question. I've been using Lose It for years to enter my food and exercise. Now that I have a Fitbit Flex, I thought I wasn't supposed to enter my exercise on Lose It any longer. But, that doesn't seem to be the case. I spend a lot of time on the elliptical, which I would think the Fitbit would pick up since I have to take steps to make the machine work. However, it doesn't seem the calories in vs. calories out sync up correctly. I understand that extra calories are burned just by breathing, blinking and being alive. Please help, before I sell this Fitbit Flex on eBay!!
