After the most recent FitBit app update, FitBit and my basic Wyze scale - which have communicated without issue for years - no longer share data. Is anyone else experiencing this? I spoke with Wyze, deleted the latest version of the app, reinstalled, unsynced FitBit, resynced, changed batteries, did a little dance, then did the same with the latest version of the FitBit app on my iPhone. Deleted Wyze, reinstalled the third-party app, deleted the app off iPhone, reinstalled, etc. The Wyze scale connects to the Wyze app. The Wyze app shows that it's connected to the FitBit app, the FitBit app syncs to my Inspire 3 and recognizes the Wyze scale BUT Wyze weight and fat percentage no longer sync. Both Wyze and FitBit said they are escalating the issue. Does anyone have a fix? Thank you!

The issue you're experiencing is not related to the app update, all 3rd party scales have stopped syncing with Fitbit. The team is aware of the issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I'm having the same issue. Mine appears to have stopped syncing when I installed the new Android update, unless it's just a coincidence. I have also tried everything you tried and been unsuccessful.

It's just a coincidence that it stopped syncing after the app update. I just updated the app yesterday, but my scale stopped syncing last week,

Thursday, May 28, 2025, my Wyze scale started syncing again, so thank you, FitBit/Google.
With that said, it would have been nice, and saved MANY of us, time and frustration, had FitBit/Google sent a notification that 3rd Party Syncing was down and they were working on it.
