I am disappointed to find that the Fitbit Alexa Skill is currently unavailable in Canada. If anyone has any tips on how to activate the skill in Canada please share, or at least register your frustration here so Fitbit might take notice!

@PMC42, FYI, this is not the best place to express your desire for a new feature and ask others to support your idea. We are just a group of Fitbit users who are willing to try to help each other out by answering questions and offering support.

 

Here is the best way to officially make your request for new features:
1. Go to the Feature Suggestion Forum and search for your idea.
2. If you find a suggestion that matches what you want, add your voice by voting for it.
3. If you do not find what you want, make the request yourself.

Hi Carol,

Thanks for your response. While I did express disappointment with Fitbit I
did also ask if anyone had found a way to get Alexa support to work in
Canada, which I would class as appropriate for this specific forum.

Thanks for your suggestion, I will proceed to make a new post in the other
forum you linked to.
