My Charge 2 hasn't sent any data to my Go365 app since December 26 2017 Fitbit shows the device is connected and Go365 shows connected. This happened after I updated the fitbit app. I'm not getting credit for my steps on the app and I'm almost to platinum status. Help!

I'm having the same issue. Mine stopped syncing on 12/16/17. I've contacted Humana and they said to contact Fitbit. I hope someone has a fix for this issue.
