Thanks for bringing this to my attention. As it turns out, the Noom app is not listed as a supported service with the Fitbit app, this is the reason why your Alta won't sync the information that's synced to the Fitbit app, to Noom.

I had the same problem with my Fitbit 2. turns out it can take up to 24+ hours for Noom to finally sync with Fitibit the first time. It bugged me for days. There is also a help guide from Noom that can tell you common steps to take. But, you must have the fitbit app and the noom app on the same device.
