Anyone having trouble syncing their Fitbit to Weight Watchers????

I bought my Charge HR on June 10th and have not been able to get it to sync to Weight Watchers.   I go through the process as stated on both the WW and Fitbit site but the WW sight NEVER asks for my Fitbit login info - it just says the device is connected - but it's not!

WW tech support tells me it's a Fitbit problem but I don't think it is since it's the WW sight that is not asking for my Fitbit login so I can authorize WW as approved to get my Fitbit data.    

Main reason I bought the Fitbit Charge HR was to have my activitiy link to WW.   Since Fitbit is the device they offer for purchase through the WW site, I figured that was the best one to buy.    

Anyone else having this problem?

Its is a WW problem. Many have complained about it in the WW forums.

They are good at not taking the blame.

Thanks WendyB - I was hoping it wasn't something I was or was not doing.   WW tech support is terrible.   I've tried EIGHT different times and no one can help.    They say it's my cache (although I cleared it), it's my browser (I've used several) and then they say it's Fitbit.

I wish they would get it fixed or at least post something on their website about it so all of us trying to get this to work will know when we can try again.

I'm having the same issue. It worked when I first got my WW account and now it's broken. I talked to four different people at WW who are reading scripts and are worthless as far as troubleshooting.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and reconnected/disconnected multlple times both from the fitbit website and the WW website. I am sooooo frustrated.
