App has stopped syncing with myfitnesspal app

My step have stopped showing up on the myfitnesspal app, and food and workouts entered in MFP are showing up in my Fitbit dashboard..
My setting still say the two apps are connected. What's going on?

Thanks for being part of our Community @Kristinor. This sounds weird. I would recommend revoking the access between your Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts using your computer and linking them once again. Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Mine has done the same thing. No matter what I do, the apps won't sync

@PennyAshley Welcome to the Community! Have you tried the troubleshooting posted above by @EdsonFitbit? Are you still getting the same error?

I have had the same problem since 28th August. Data flows from MFP to fitbit but not the other way. Tried unlinking and relinking accounts several times. Still no go.

What did you do to get it working again? This just started today, I tried revoking the access and then re-linking them, but it didn't help.

Mine just started working again after about eight days. Fitbit responded by sending me a load of guff about syncing, etc. All of which I knew and none of it made any difference. I just booted up the app on my PC and saw that it was linking to mfp again a few days later.

It to a couple tries but you need to follow the instructions they give you exactly. Once I did that it worked
