Both apps say they are connected to each other but they will not sync data. How do I get the apps to sync?

Best AnswerIt appears to be an issue with the sync, mine is also down. Unfortunately this seems to be a common occurance.
It's best to keep an eye on the @MFP_Ops Twitter account as they will often update the status on there and an estimated fix time. They are yet to acknowledge an issue regarding this, but I have tweeted them so hopefully we will hear something.

this same problem. It was marked as “Solved.”

@Cherieaimee and @Bjjersey I'd like to ask you if you have tried to disconnect your MFP app from Fitbit and then tried syncing again? You can click here to find the steps on how to do it in case you have not done so.

I followed the steps and tried disconnecting and then connecting my MVP account to my Fitbit account, but they’re still not syncing. What else should I do?
