Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ShyMo, hope you're doing great! Take the following into consideration to sync both apps:

  • The user must be a Premium LoseIt subscriber.
  • Fitbit sends calorie data only to LoseIt. LoseIt compares their estimate to the user's calorie burn from Fitbit and adjusts the user's calorie goal
  • Aria measurements will sync from Fitbit to LoseIt

What syncs?

Fitbit > Calories > Loseit

Fitbit > Aria measurements > Loseit

Loseit > Food > Fitbit

If you've been utilizing both apps correctly, but they don't sync within them, I'd recommend following the instructions that @MarlenFitbit has posted here.

If that doesn't work, try doing the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Charge 2, 3 times in a row
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

Let me know how it goes!

Thank you. It's working now. When I click on the food icon in Fitbit it
automatically enters what I entered in LoseIt! although I'm not a premium
member.

Hello, I have a Charge 4 and as of two days ago the food syncing between Fitbit and Lose It Apps have stopped syncing. Yes I am a premium member and I have tried all the steps listed below. All other data has been syncing between the two apps except the food. Can someone help please 😞

Casheman - the exact same thing happened to me 2 days ago! I still get the calorie burned from Fitbit imported to Lose It, but I don’t get the food I have logged in Lose It imported into Fitbit any longer. It was working great up until 2 days ago and none of my attempted fixes have been able to solve it so far 😞 Maybe a bug during an update??

My LoseIt food synced for today. The prior two days did not, but I hope this means it’s back to working again!

Mine synced too, but now I have to force sync the data on my LoseIt app. Well its better than not syncing data at all....
